The chain
From seed to table, one gated stage at a time
Ifenri covers everything about food. That is a ten-year ambition, not a first-year plan. Each stage below has to pass a scored gate before it starts, and its data has to make the next stage cheaper.
- 01Years 0–3
Farming
Land preparation, planting, crop care, spraying and harvest support — sold as measurable per-hectare results.
- 02Years 2–6
Post-harvest & storage
Drying, cleaning, grading, storage and cold chain with moisture and temperature sensing to cut loss.
- 03Years 3–8
Processing & market
Primary processing, packaging, logistics, traceability and selling to buyers — partnered before owned.
- 04Years 5–10+
Data dividend
Chain data becomes nutrition, food-safety, insurance, credit and climate-planning partnerships.
The four stages
One chain, entered one stage at a time
Farming first, then post-harvest, then processing, then market and data products. Each stage has its own customers, its own rules and its own skills. We do not start the next one until the current one is repeatable.

Why this order
Farming alone carries thin margins
Cutting losses after harvest, adding processing, and linking farms to buyers raises both food supply and income — and spreads risk across the chain rather than concentrating it on one harvest.
Food is a need every customer already has
Nigeria has low mechanization, scarce and poorly maintained machines, and high post-harvest losses. That is a large, immediate gap between what farms could produce and what reaches the table.
Robotics is how we deliver, not what we are
Drones and robots in the field first, then machines and sensors for drying, storage, sorting and processing. The technology serves the food chain; it is not a separate business.
Every stage produces data
Field data cuts loss in storage. Storage data improves processing plans. Chain data supports insurance, credit, nutrition and food-safety partnerships. The benefits come out of the data, not out of separate businesses.
Boundaries
What stays out
Publishing limits in advance is part of the plan, not a disclaimer. A company that will do anything is a company you cannot predict.
Ifenri is civilian and agricultural only. Weapons systems and unrelated sectors are outside the plan.
Ifenri does not become a medical-device or clinical company. Health value arrives as insight, early warning and partnerships built on food data.
Ifenri never arms staff or farmers, and is never presented as a militia or security company.
No data product launches without a consent framework, a named partner and a written purpose.
No agent or robot sprays chemicals, moves near people, or makes a safety-critical decision without a trained human in the loop.

Make food secure and farming profitable — at the same time
Tell us your crop, your hectares and where you lose money today. We will tell you honestly whether Ifenri can improve that hectare yet — and if we cannot, we will say so.
