This site describes a working plan, version 3.0, dated 11 October 2026. Timelines, hectare targets, KPI figures, budget ranges, service launch windows and project statuses are planning intentions. They are published so the plan can be inspected and challenged, not because they are guaranteed to occur.

Items on this site marked confirm are open questions. They have not been verified against primary sources and must not be relied upon.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, aviation, agronomic, engineering or investment advice. Regulatory statements in particular are descriptions of our current understanding and are expressly not a substitute for advice from a qualified Nigerian lawyer, agronomist or regulator.

Agronomic guidance produced by Ifenri for a customer is provided as part of a service agreement and is reviewed by an agronomist; it does not replace the customer’s own judgement about their land.

No figure on this site is an offer or a quotation. Budget ranges derive from earlier research notes rather than current supplier quotes. A binding price exists only in a signed service agreement or pilot agreement with Ifenri Limited.

Our stated target gross margin is a management target, not a guarantee of financial performance, and it is re-checked monthly.

References to future stages, funding rounds, robot milestones, manufacturing scale, partnerships or market expansion are forward-looking. They depend on decision gates being passed, approvals being granted, funding being raised and field results being achieved. Many are outside our control.

The Ifenri name, logo, wordmark and site content are owned by Ifenri Limited or used under licence. You may read, quote and link to this site, including for journalistic, academic or investment-analysis purposes, provided you attribute it to Ifenri and do not present it as your own.

Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery, credited in the image credits file. It must not be extracted and reused separately.

You agree not to:

• submit false enquiries, or use our contact forms to send bulk unsolicited messages;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems;
• scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others;
• misrepresent a relationship with Ifenri, or claim our certifications, approvals or partnerships as your own.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on planning information, ranges or statuses published here, or from any interruption to the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our handling of personal and farm data is set out in the privacy notice and the data charter, which form part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
